Frequently Asked Questions
Some assets will work in Canva but Photoshop is definitely the way to go to get the full value of Paper Mill. Affinity and Photoshop Elements can also work but please understand the videos are recorded in Photoshop CC.
You’ll have to buy your own subscription to Adobe Photoshop to use the software with this program. We’ll show you how to get the software for only $9.99/month if you don’t already have access to Photoshop!
You’ll need Photoshop CC (Creative Cloud) for the smoothest experience, but students can also use Photoshop CS5 or CS6 to follow along! If you use Photoshop Elements, the layout will be different and all the tools we go over may not be accessible to you. If you don’t already have Photoshop, we’ll show you how to access it.
Paper Mill and Design Business in a Box are two very different courses. Paper Mill is specific to designing digital papers which is touched on very briefly in DBB. It’s kind of like comparing apples and oranges. Paper Mill also has design assets and my source files (which DBB doesn’t have).
Everything inside Paper Mill, including the design assets and bonuses, has never been released before. All of the assets are exclusive to Paper Mill and won’t be available outside of the course. The Bonuses are also unique to Paper Mill.
