Licensing & Usage

Can I use your graphics to create and sell digital products?

Yes! You can use our graphics to create digital products such as printable planners, stickers, and sublimation designs, as long as they are flattened, non-editable, and significantly altered from the original files.

Our digital files, including graphics and papers, are designed to be used as creative supplies rather than final products. This means they should be incorporated into your own unique designs, projects, or products rather than being resold or shared as-is.

Can I sell physical products using your graphics?

Yes, you can use our graphics to create physical products like t-shirts, mugs, tote bags, and more! 

Can I use your graphics in PLR (Private Label Rights) products?

Our license does not allow for our graphics, brushes, or elements to be included in PLR (Private Label Rights) or MRR (Master Resell Rights) products because that would allow others to redistribute them in a way that bypasses our licensing terms. If your PLR products contain original artwork that you’ve created from scratch using our brushes or elements as part of the process, that may be fine, but if the assets can be pulled out and reused, it would not be allowed.

Downloading & Technical Help

Where do I find my downloads after purchasing?

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. If you don’t see the email within an hour of purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder. 

What file formats do your graphics come in?

Our graphics are typically provided in PNG and JPG formats. Some products may also include Procreate brushes or layered PSD files, which will be clearly noted in the product description.

Do I need a Dropbox account to download files?

No, you do not need a Dropbox account to download your files. When you receive a Dropbox link, simply click on it, and you’ll see a “Download” button at the top of the page. Select “Direct Download” to save the files to your computer. However, if you have a Dropbox account, you can choose to save the files directly to your Dropbox for easy access. If you encounter any issues, try using a desktop browser rather than a mobile device.

How do I download and install Procreate brushes and swatch files?

Procreate brushes (.brush & .brushset files) and color swatches (.swatches files) must be downloaded and opened on an iPad using the Procreate app—they will not work on a computer. If you download the files on a desktop, you’ll need to transfer them to your iPad using AirDrop, Dropbox, Google Drive, or email before importing them into Procreate.

How do I transfer files from my computer to my iPad?

If you’re working with images, brushes, or templates on your computer, you’ll need to transfer them to your iPad to use in Procreate.

Here are some of the easiest ways to do this:

AirDrop (Fastest for Apple devices)
iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or OneDrive (Cloud-based storage)
Send Anywhere or WeTransfer (Quick wireless transfer)
USB Drive with an Adapter (No internet required)

Membership & Subscriptions

How does the PLC Insiders Membership work?

PLC Insiders is our premium graphics membership that gives you access to a extensive vault of exclusive graphics and digital papers (since 2017!). New content is added monthly, and members receive special perks and discounts.

What happens if I cancel my Insiders Membership?

If you cancel your membership, you will lose access to the Insiders content at the end of your billing period. You will not be able to log in and download previous membership content after your membership period ends.

If I lose all my digital files from Insiders, will you replace them after my membership ends?

No, we are unable to replace files once your membership has ended. As an Insiders member, it is your responsibility to download and safely store your files before your subscription expires. Once your membership is canceled or ends, access to the Insiders content is removed, and we cannot resend past downloads. We highly recommend backing up your files to a cloud service or an external hard drive to ensure you don’t lose access to your purchases.

Do you offer custom design services?

At this time, we do not offer custom design services, but we provide a wide variety of ready-to-use graphics, brushes, and digital kits to help bring your creative ideas to life.

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with your files, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

How can I contact support if I have an issue?

You can reach us through our contact form here on our website. Please allow up to 24 hours a response during the business week. We do reserve the evenings, weekends, and holidays to be with our families.

I purchased a product, but I didn’t receive an email. What should I do?

If you don’t receive an email with your download link or order details, check the following:

1️⃣ Spam/Junk Folder – Sometimes, emails end up here, so be sure to check.
2️⃣ Your Subscription Status – If you previously unsubscribed from our emails, our system may not be able to send you purchase-related emails automatically.
3️⃣ Email Address – Double-check that you used the correct email at checkout.
