Terms of Use for Pink Lemonade Company Graphics & Digital Assets
At Pink Lemonade Company, we love helping creatives bring their ideas to life with our high-quality graphics, digital papers, and design assets. Our goal is to provide you with beautiful, easy-to-use design resources while ensuring our assets are used in a way that respects the work we put into creating them.
Below, you’ll find guidelines for using assets from:

✅ Procreate Brushes & Creative Kits
What You CAN Do (Approved Uses)
You are welcome to use our graphics and digital assets to:
✔ Create your own unique designs for personal or commercial use
✔ Incorporate them into physical or digital products for sale (stickers, printables, stationery, invitations, social media graphics, etc.)
✔ Use them in branding, marketing, or client work (as long as they are incorporated into a new design)
✔ Modify, combine, and enhance them to create something completely your own
What You CANNOT Do (Not Allowed)
To protect the integrity of our designs, you may NOT:
✘ Sell, share, or distribute any of our assets as-is (including PNGs, JPGs, brushes, graphics, or digital papers)
✘ Use our graphics to create competing design resource packs (such as reselling them in another graphics bundle)
✘ Offer any of our files as freebies or giveaways
✘ Use our designs in a way that allows customers to extract and use them separately
How to Use PLC Assets in Digital Kits or Other Digital Downloads
Many of our customers use PLC graphics in junk journal kits, printables, and digital downloads—which is great! However, to comply with our terms, you must ensure that the assets are part of a new and original composition rather than simply reselling them as design elements.
Examples of Approved Uses:
✔ A journal tag design that includes a PLC background, a flower, and additional elements (such as textures, typography, or digital painting)
✔ A planner page where our graphics are combined with other elements and arranged in a unique way
✔ A printable sticker sheet where our graphics are mixed with text, borders, and new design elements
Not Allowed:
✘ Selling a background paper from our kit as a single digital file or printable
✘ Creating a digital download file or other design elements using only our graphics without adding additional transformation
✘ Selling a digital collage sheet where our graphics are placed on a background without additional artistic work

Commercial Use License Summary
Every kit or membership purchase includes a commercial-use license that allows you to sell designs made with PLC assets as long as you create something new with them.
You CAN:
✅ Use in products for sale (physical or digital)
✅ Create unique compositions using PLC graphics
✅ Modify and enhance assets to fit your creative vision
You CANNOT:
❌ Sell the original files as-is
❌ Use them in a way that allows customers to extract and reuse the assets
