During a recent live Q&A chat, one of the questions asked was in relation to what were some of my favorite business-related books to read.

Since starting my business, I’ve read a wide array of business books – ranging from things like hiring and personnel management to keeping motivated, even when it seems like nothing is going right. During the retreat I recently attended, I came home with a variety of new books recommended to me by other business owners.

I wanted to share a few of those recommended books with you in hopes that they will motivate you to keep growing and developing your business.

Rocket Fuel by Gino Wickman and Mark C. Winters – From Amazon: Rocket Fuel details the integral roles of the Visionary and Integrator and explains how an effective relationship between the two can help your business thrive. Offering advice to help Visionary-minded and Integrator-minded individuals find one another, Rocket Fuel also features assessments so you’re able to determine whether you’re a Visionary or an Integrator.
