Hi, friends! This was such a fun and easy project to create. You don’t need many supplies or anything too fancy. And it’s something you can do even if you don’t have a lot of time (my kind of creative project!).
This project was inspired by Amanda Evanston’s Storytime Hairdo tutorial. You can find it in her art membership – Insider’s Studio. This isn’t an affiliate link. I’m just a big fan. She is amazing.
In the video, I also share some inspiration that I’ve found on Pinterest over the years. (Let’s be Pinterest friends here!).
I share a basic supply list below the video as well as a link to the collage sheet I used.
Here are some of the supplies I used to create this little lady:
- PLC Printed Collage Sheet or Printed Graphics
- Scissors
- Watercolor paper
- Mod Podge or Matte Medium
- Glue Stick
- Different pens, chalk, and other mark making materials like acrylic ink.
- Glitter
- Tim Holtz Distress Ink or Distress Oxide
Use what you have at home, add in some different supplies, and just have fun!
If you don’t have a home printer, you can always print the PDF collage sheet I use in the video at your local print shop. You can check out what printer I use here.
Share your work with me by tagging me on Instagram or Facebook. You can also post your work in our big, free Facebook group.
