  • Expecting Great Things

I stumbled upon this quote many years ago and it made such an impact on me. I decided it was going to be the motto for my life (and how I would approach each day working on my business).

I made a commitment to start each day expecting great things to happen. And while I can choose to lean into the fear of the world, I also know I hold a great deal of power within.

I’m so grateful I decided to take a chance on myself, start my business, and start expecting wonderful to show up in my life – even when the outside likes to talk about gloom, all the bad things going on, chaos, and fear.

Choose yourself. Choose to believe wonderful still exists and that you deserve to have it surround you every day. You might be surprised by what you find when you choose to expect great things to happen. ♥

  • Four Books to Help Build and Boost Your Business

During a recent live Q&A chat, one of the questions asked was in relation to what were some of my favorite business-related books to read.

Since starting my business, I’ve read a wide array of business books – ranging from things like hiring and personnel management to keeping motivated, even when it seems like nothing is going right. During the retreat I recently attended, I came home with a variety of new books recommended to me by other business owners.

I wanted to share a few of those recommended books with you in hopes that they will motivate you to keep growing and developing your business.
